Blepharoplasty is a cosmetic surgical procedure by Dr Behnaz Yazdanfar employed to improve the form of the eyelids.

For upper Blepharoplasty, incisions are made by Dr Yazdanfar along the lines and creases of the eyelids in order to prevent the scars from being visible as much as possible along these existing features. Extra fat, muscle, and skin are excised. Very thin stitches are used for closing the incisions.
In lower Blepharoplasty, the surgeon makes the incision in an unnoticeable spot following the lashline and smile creases lower lid. Excessive fat, muscle, and sagging skin are cut away closed making use of very thin stitches.
